We've made it as simple as possible to manage your expenses. Simply input your start, destination, and return locations on one sheet and any additional expenses on the other, and Travel Expenses+ will do the rest via the add-ons menu in Google Sheets. Find more comprehensive instructions here.
The template, submission form, and maps sidebar are all free to use — meaning that if you want to add your mileage manually you needn't pay a thing. We charge a £20 annual license fee to unlock the mileage calculation and archiving functionality.
