What is Geek in a cape?

How does Travel expenses+ work?
We've made it as simple as possible to manage your expenses. Simply input your start, destination, and return locations on one sheet and any additional expenses on the other and Travel Expenses+ will do the rest via the add-ons menu in Google sheets. Find more comprehensive instructions here.
How much does it cost?
The template, submission form, and maps sidebar are all free to use meaning that if you want to add your mileage manually you needn't pay a thing. We charge a £20 annual license fee to unlock the mileage and archiving functionality.
Can I customise the template?
In some places, especially the submission form, there is scope to customise the sheet visually, for example, by adding your company logo. If you are looking for a more functional type of customisation, we'd love to help. Why not get in touch with us using the contact form?
