"Travel Expenses+" Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Travel Expenses+" Google Sheets Add-on (the "Add-on"). By installing and using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Add-on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Add-on.
2. Description of Service
The "Travel Expenses+" Add-on is a tool designed to enhance the functionality of Google Sheets by providing features related to travel expense management, including but not limited to:

Data processing within your Google Sheets
3. Use of the Add-on

Modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the Add-on.
Using the Add-on to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Add-on or Google Sheets.
Using the Add-on to collect personal information without consent.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. License and Access
License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on within Google Sheets.
Access: Your access to and use of the Add-on is subject to your valid license (if applicable) and these Terms.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial of the Add-on. Your use of the Add-on during any trial period is also subject to these Terms.
Changes to Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Add-on.

Your Data: The Add-on will access and process data within your Google Sheets as necessary to provide its functionality. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data in your Google Sheets.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-ON WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ALL ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU USE THE ADD-ON AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE ADD-ON, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE ADD-ON SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE ADD-ON.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Add-on or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on (including your free trial or annual license) at any time for breach of these Terms. We may also terminate or suspend your access for any other reason, but in such cases, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice, if feasible.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
